The room is not small, the bed is clean and the breakfast is ok. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket opposite the hotel, which can be purchased and eaten. This hotel is a Gem compared to the rest in the area for the money. Not only was it clean, safe and quiet the service was great. My husband George travels a lot for work and its really hard to find a decent quiet place for him to get rest. However Americas Best Value served all he needed and was quiet.

I recomend a room upstairs, they have high vaulted ceilings so it feels very comfortable. My number one place of choice in Ukiah, asI frequent ukiah ever 3 months on family business. Small local hotel, the waiters are welcoming and the parking is convenient. Across the road is walmart. Early morning is also good. Should be the preferred hotel in Ukiah.
