Print Administrator's Guide Installation Installing the software for concurrent use Install the software for a concurrent-user license. Note: Installation for concurrent-user licenses is different from versions earlier than 3. The software is now installed and activated on each computer, and your internet connection is used to manage concurrent use.

Earlier versions installed the software on a network share and used local license control. This new method reduces network traffic, allows installation onto laptops and computers, not on the same network, and depending on policy allows end-users to install the software without systems administrator assistance. If you plan to run Account Ability as a single user, your installation is now complete.

In order to share Account Ability with other users on your network, a concurrent user license must be installed on each user's computer. Click OK. Single user installations are advised to accept the folder shown. Network installations should be to a shared folder granting administrative rights to users of Account Ability. You can also launch the application from the start menu by selecting Concurrent User Setup from the Account Ability program group.

Click the Download button corresponding to Reporting Year Launch the setup.
